Through my own personal transition, I learned that in order to achieve maximum potential, mind and body must coexist in balance and harmony.

My goal is to awaken your core, your roots. The seed of which all confidence, self-worth and expression grow – your soul. I have a passion for helping others find peace in their soul, strength in their bodies, and confidence in their own unique style through fashion.

I started Shiloh Style out of a desire to help you look even better than you feel. My goal is to help capture the best you. To help you do that, I have assembled a team of experts in their fields including hair and make-up to complement our design counsel.

I feel truly blessed to help men and women look and feel their very best. I want challenge you to step out and invest in you. I am committed to taking you on a powerful journey of self discovery, self-love and healing by replacing pieces of your life that no longer serve the person you are today with fresh looks that beautifully express who you are and where you want to go. I promise you this will be a complete process of personal self-discovery and actualization, new beginnings and creative pursuit.

I love surrendering in my yoga practice to the spirit and allowing God to minister to the needs of my students and their experience. The focus is not about the yoga it is about connecting with Christ.

Being a certified 500-Hour Master Holy Yoga Instructor (R-HYI) since 2010 my passion is for leading the practice of yoga with Christian spirituality. My classes incorporate Christ-centered spirituality with a vinyasa flow to create a yoga experience focused on body awareness, alignment through breath and meditation on Scripture.  

My Holy Yoga journey started when I moved to Corona Del Mar, in late 2011 from Arizona, at Pastor Rick Warren's Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California and currently lead a Team of Holy Yoga Instructors and Wellness at Mariners Church in Newport Beach, California.

The all-level classes are suitable for participants from beginning to advance yoga practitioners. Everyone is welcome to come experience a Holy Yoga class at Mariners Church or check out other local Holy Yoga classes throughout the Southern California area. For more information www.holyyoga.net.
