For me, yoga has never been simply about the physical practice. For more than a decade, I have served as a Holy Yoga instructor, weaving movement, breath, prayer, and Scripture into a Christ centered practice.
Each class is an invitation to slow down, move with intention, step away from the noise, and create space for God. The practice strengthens the body while bringing your attention back to what matters most.
Whether you are experienced in yoga or stepping onto a mat for the first time, you are welcome.
